DUI Dismissal within 2 years:
California State DUI regulations allow reinstatement with credit for hours completed within 2 years of your dismissal date. If you are still within 2 years of your dismissal date from the San Joaquin Safety Council, you may contact the following DUI Program regarding reinstatement:

If you were dismissed more than 2 years ago, you will be starting over and may contact any licensed DUI program located either in the county where you live or the county where you received your DUI.
